Protected downloads
Purchased print files are provided through the existing licensing system.
MSM Digital Platform
Customer portal
Access the protected MSM-FileLicense system here. Depending on your customer account, it provides licensed print files, downloads, device information and print allowances.
Open MSM-FileLicense
The public website and licence server are technically separate. Product information remains publicly discoverable, while protected files and licence data are processed in the secured system.

View assigned products, devices and available print allowances.
Joint development
Closer design and account integration is prepared, but will be enabled in a separate release.
Note: The customer portal currently has its own login. A future single sign-on solution will be implemented only after a separate security review.
