UV light
After printing, the components are post-cured with UV light to complete polymerisation.

Manufacturing
The earlier ÖBB page describes post-curing printed SLA resin parts with UV light and heat. The aims are complete polymerisation, greater hardness and improved dimensional stability.
After printing, the components are post-cured with UV light to complete polymerisation.
Controlled heat can support cross-linking and reduce internal stresses.
According to the reference page, post-curing improves hardness, stiffness, chemical stability and surface durability.
Models
Our kit version 4.6 includes a main signal, distant signal and combined version. “4.6” identifies our model version and is not an official version of the ÖBB signalling regulations.
ÖBB signal · H0
Prototype-oriented ÖBB main signal for H0 in our kit version 4.6. In Austrian railway operation, main signals regulate arrivals and departures and protect train movements. The model is intended to display characteristic Austrian main signal aspects.
Delivery time 5–10 days
ÖBB signal · H0
Prototype-oriented ÖBB distant signal for H0 in our kit version 4.6. Distant signals announce the aspect of the associated main signal, allowing a timely response. The model is suitable for realistic Austrian signalling on a model railway.
Delivery time 5–10 days
ÖBB signal · H0
Combined H0 version with ÖBB main and distant signals at the same location, in our kit version 4.6. In real operation, a distant signal may be located at a main signal; the aspect it displays relates to the following main signal. This combination provides compact, prototype-oriented signalling on a model railway.
